Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellation and substitution requests must be emailed to confadmin@aabe.org.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE: Cancellation requests received on or before March 22, 2024, will receive a refund minus a $100.00 processing fee. No cancellation requests or refunds will be provided after March 22, 2024. Substitution requests are welcome on or before April 5, 2024. No substitution requests will be provided after April 5, 2024. Badge sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited.
