    Hi, I know a few people were having issues. If you send an email to dharding@aabe.org we are working with our vendor on Monday to try address the issue.

    Possible Reasons for the Registration Error

    • AABE is having a known system/vendor issue, and several people are experiencing the same problem. 
    • The portal may not be recognizing member status correctly and may default to non‑member pricing. 
    • If you just became a member, it can take 24–48 hours for your profile to sync across systems.
    • AABE is working with their vendor on scheduled updates, so the system may be unstable during fixes.
    • High traffic or repeated attempts can also trigger temporary glitches.

    What to Do

    • New members: wait 1–2 days for your membership to sync, then try again.
    • Still getting errors? Email dharding@aabe.org - the official contact for registration issues.
